100% France
France has always been renowned for inspiring
creativity, style and quality manufacturing worldwide. Historically French
manufacturing in the furniture and decoration industry has brought together
a wealth of skills and highly qualified raftsmanship. They have evolved
today to a point where cutting edge techniques are blended with fantasy,
extravaganza, ambition, functionality, classical elegance…
The Trade Commission of the French Embassy in the United Kingdom is pleased
to co-operate with the French organisation VIA (Valorisation of Innovation
in Home Furnishing) to showcase 10 bespoke companies designing and manufacturing
their products in France.
Its executive director, Gérard Laizé, the curator of 100%
France Pavilion, reinforces the presence of French businesses at the trade
show, with a particular focus on bringing innovation and quality to the
British market, thus showcasing the vibrancy of the French design industry.
The stand provides visitors with an opportunity to meet French companies
representing a broad selection of players from the design industry. It
offers a unique environment in which architects and designers can discover
original products and find new business partners. Trade Commission of
the French Embassy assists trade development between France and the UK.
The Trade Commission organises B2B events in the form of conferences and
networking opportunities.
